
Just came back from jogging. My goal is to run the half marathon in September. Would be much easier if it wasn’t -5 outside.
Freezing!!!
So I would like to share with you some tips for jogging in the winter:
· Dress in layers : try to avoid cotton and choose breathable material .
· Wear gloves and a hat: About 40% of our body heat is lost through the head.
· Be careful : During the winter the risk are greater. Warm up slowly and take it easy while running.
· Choose good running shoes
